In this month’s St Luke’s News Dave Middlebrook reviews the blockbuster movie Noah whilst Caryl takes timeout from the busyness of the church office to reflect on time; spending time talking with God in prayer, spending time going deeper with God in the Bible and spending time building meaningful relationships with God’s people.

Dave imagine’s what impact could be made when we become more whole-life disciples and encourages us to look at the resources on offer at the London Institute of Contemporary Christianity.

We congratulate Grace & Tim on the safe arrival of Abigail (her name only became known after the magazine went to press!)

Adeline shares her experience of the Alpha course and Steve Bolton shares how we can all be involved in helping the Watford Foodbank.

Finally, there’s news of a proposed Church of England school to be opened in Watford and Dave challenges us to reflect more on God’s word, to listen to it and act on it.
